Youth Training  Program 
6 Week Program

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at

Summer Hours 4pm - 5pm  

This program is designed for those between the ages of 12-18 years old.  This program will help increase speed, agility and overall strength while helping to prevent future sports related injuries. This is a perfect compliment to any sport by offering cross training in a safe group based environment.

Done properly, strength training can:

  • Increase your child's muscle strength and endurance
  • Help protect your child's muscles and joints from sports-related injuries
  • Improve your child's performance in nearly any sport, from dancing and figure skating to football and soccer
  • Develop proper techniques that your child can continue to use as he or she grows older
