Option ll Youth Strength Training
Schedule 10 Weeks Program Class
April 9 to June 23, 2018
Option ll Rate:
3x per week for 10 weeks for the total of $500
Non-Optin ll Youth Strength Training
Schedule 5 or 10 Weeks Program Class
April 9 to May 17, 2018
May 21 to June 21, 2018
Nom-Optin ll Rate:
2x per week for 10 weeks for the total of $400
2x per week for 5 weeks for the total of $250
Youth Strength Training 5 Week or 10 Week Program
Monday and Wednesday at 5:00pm-6:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00pm-5:00pm
Saturday at 11:00am-12:00pm
Approve Option 2 Provider for Ridge High School
Students that are in Option 2 will meet for one hour three times a week for five or ten weeks to complete their time requirement. Students that are not in Option 2 will only meet for an hour to times per week for five weeks. Our trainers are very flexible with days times of classes to fit into your schedule.
Youth strength training isn't only lifting heavy weights, it can include bodyweight exercises such as TRX, resisters bands, medicine balls, and dowel rods. Our program is always supervised by certified professionals trainer who will lead the student through the guided program. One of our students is quoted as saying this program is "coming in with friends and making new friends in a comfortable setting".
We do everything a big box gym does but in a more personal setting that will focus on your own needs. Students will feel comfortable quickly with our individualized group end enjoy every class.
Youth Strength Training can star as early as the age of 11 and go up the age of 18 years old.
