Jay has spent most of his life involved in athletics, playing basketball, football, baseball and practicing martial arts. He has completed Personal Training workshops with both WITS and AFAA while achieving certifications from NETA and CPR/AED. Jay enjoys helping adults reach their fitness and health goals through his unique Personal Training style. He has also designed an Athletic Conditioning Program for HS and College athletes that includes focus on Speed/Agility/Plyometrics/Power. In addition, all his workouts contain a mental element that includes goal-setting and a positive mindset!
