This class combines personal training and the best of strength training with cardio, a full-body workout using bodyweight exercise, weights and resistance training, getting your heart in and out of the anaerobic zone. This class keeps your mind and body moving!

Cardio Kickboxing 

‚ÄčA cardio kickboxing class combines elements of martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning without any physical contact for a great cardiovascular and core workout.
