A cardio kickboxing class combines elements of martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning without any physical contact for a great cardiovascular and core workout.

Take time to nurture your body and mind. Vinyasa Yoga is the linking together of movement and breath to create a "vinyasa flow." This class is for everyone at any level of yoga experience. Even those with no yoga experience are welcome.
