Youth Training 5 or 10 Week Program:

This program is designed for those between the ages of 10-13 and 14-18 years old.  This program will help increase speed, agility and overall strength while helping to prevent future sports-related injuries. This is a perfect compliment to any sport by offering to cross-train in a safe group-based environment.

Yoga 

Take time to nurture your body and mind. Vinyasa Yoga is the linking together of movement and breath to create a "vinyasa flow." This class is for everyone at any level of yoga experience. Even those with no yoga experience are welcome.

HIIT Class

High-intensity interval training is a full body, aerobic, and conditioning work out that involves strength and power with short bursts of cardio. This one hour class is broken up into circuits, each client will be at their own station in a circuit. All stations are timed and you will work your way through a circuit with 10 to 15 seconds in between each station. This class is designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, burn fat, and clear your mind.

Boot Camp 
Miguel's Fitness Bootcamp will safely train you to break down the physical and mental barriers that have stopped you from achieving your goals. It is an indoor fitness Bootcamp the is designed to jump-start your metabolism and get you in the best shape of your life.
