Indoor Boot Camp
With an overall strength and conditioning program for your whole body, this is the perfect calling to all you hard workers out there, from athletes, stay at home parents to full-time workers. You work hard and we'll play harder, walk in with your goals then leave feeling empowered and ready for the day.
Our program uses body weight in calisthenics, plyometrics, and High-Intensity interval training or H.I.I.T workout. This program will produce muscle tone and get you to lose weight by focusing on the cardio aspect of the exercises as well as your muscle output to raise your heart rate and make Bootcamp that much harder.
Bootcamp is bright and early at 5:30 am in the morning so that it does not interrupt your schedule and will prepare you for the day with more confidence in you.

Bootcamp Class Meets:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30 am to 6:30 am
High-intensity interval training is a full body, aerobic, and conditioning work out that involves strength and power with short bursts of cardio. This one hour class is broken up into circuits, each client will be at their own station in a circuit. All stations are timed and you will work your way through a circuit with 10 to 15 seconds in between each station. This class is designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, burn fat, and clear your mind.
