Miguel has Originally formed Guatemala, Miguel moved to the United States when he was just in high school, he started working for a landscaping company, but soon realized he wanted more. He quickly changed career paths and began instructing Tae Kwon Do in Bernardsville. He worked with kids from their first day, all the way until they were tournament-ready. He also was teaching Cardio Kickboxing classes to adults, quickly attaining a job with the Somerset Hills YMCA.

This was a big step in Miguel's life, as it is where he decided he wanted to become a personal trainer. He enjoys working with clients to help to reach their individual fitness goals. After 8 years with the YMCA, Miguel decided it was time to go into business on his own. He now operates out of his own studio where he can focus on helping clients achieve weight loss, strength improvement, and athletic conditioning in a friendly environment all his own!

We are located at 88 South Finley Ave. in beautiful Basking Ridge New Jersey. Our studio is a small, personal size perfect for training sessions and group classes. Our location cloud is not more convenient. After your workout just walks outside to be right in the center of beautiful Basking Ridge! Enjoy the cafe, shops, and more.

Don't be deterred by our size! Our studio is overflowing with the latest equipment. Here you will utilize: Dumbbells ( up to 80lbs ), barbells' Squat Rack, Mat's, Pull Up/Dip Bars, and much more!
